How do I correct the sales price associated with my house? Zillow has the recent sale of my neighbors house associated with mine. My house sold for over $300K more. And there is no issue with the public records.

Are there any deed restrictions on the site? Are there any problems with developing the site other than some of it being wet? What percentage of the land falls in wetlands? Has the wetland perimeter been established by the town? What is the status of any percolation tests which have been done? What is the status of the existing septic system? Can the buyer subdivide the lot and develop as of right? If not, what approvals or variances are necessary?

Errors on Zillow

Does anyone know the process to correct errors on Zillow. We live in Weston, MA. Our house address is listed correctly, but is being mapped and compared to homes in Westford, MA. Westford is 40 minutes away! I can't seem to get this problem resolved. Any help is appreciated.

Correct information about our property and frontage is integral to correct pricing,incorrect information damages our property value and can totally turn off a possible buyer!!! Â Our Town Website is Weston.org...there you can go to GIS mapping system set up by Town Engineer with accurate information. Â Please use it or take my property off your website.

Our house address is 21 Plain Road, WEston, MA 02493...the homes that it is being listed with are all in WEstford, MA. Also the "birds eye view" does not show our location. It shows an Almeria Circle that does not exist here. Our home is on Plain Road...our street entry(1/3 acre) is in Wayland. Our home itself is on 3 acres in Weston. What can be done about these inaccuracies?
