Should I wait till my 4.25% ARM due next Jan and renewal, or refinance now?

My current 4.25% ARM will due next Jan. I am considering about refinancing it by 15yr Fix. But the townhouse is an investment property now(rent out) so I have to pay higher rate than that on regular house plus fees and closing costs. If I wait and renew, how much renewal cost would be? Will the lender check the property status when renewing? thanks

Any lenders would offer 7/1 ARM rate for an investment property as same as for second home property?

I heard some lenders would do that, but none of those I have asked for.
Please let me know if you know some.
My tenant is not going to renew his lease next year, but my mortgage will due next month, I don't want to wait.

I think your zestimate was indicative of the wrong school system. My home is located in montville.

why does "my estimate" include the "zestimate" plus the "comp" value? Should they be added together

shouldn't the zestimate and the comp sales be averaged to arrive at a more accurate "owner estimate" rather thatn added together? seems odd

As of yesterday, I can no longer access "birds eye view" - its seems to be in conflict with Adobe

Adobe flashplayer sending a script error each time I try to use birds eye view - this is a new occurence, starting yesterday. Happens on both my computers so I think the problem is on your end.

Zestimate value ?

Hi,

I'm baffled at the Zestimate value of 626k, which is much lower than most of my neighbors.

Just from looking at the exterior, our house has a better appearance with nicer landscaping. Also, noticed that the property taxes lower than what I'm paying, by $400.

I also ran a comparison, but it doesn't really help, since the results came up with houses that goes from 520k to 1M.

Could someone please explain how this value could be so far off?
