The sales history on 71 park St is incorrect, can I request an update? It was last sold for 520k.

Zillow posted incorrect information on 71 Park street, Arlington, MA. There was a single family house on the lot that sold for 340k. In 2005, it was torn down and two town homes were built on the lot. 71 Park Street sold in 2006 for 520k. The current sales history is incorrect. Is there a way to fix it?

The sale price is for a condo in this building not the whole property. Can Zillow correct this?

This multi-family was recently converted to condos and one of them was sold. ( I checked town records) None of this is reflected in Zillow's data on the property. According to Zillow, someone got a steal on this multifamily as opposed to paying a resonable price for a condo in this area. The discrepency is killing the home values in the neighborhood. Does Zillow have a mechanism for fixing this?

Two family property was divided into two condos, one of which we bought. How do we update this?

A two family, for example 9-11 Elm St. was bought by a developer and made into two condos, 9 Elm and 11 Elm. We bought 9 Elm, but Zillow still shows the two family -- how do we change this and then claim 9?

Zestimate is incorrectly calculated

Despite what the page says, the Zestimate for this house clearly includes the recent sale price of $1.5M. However, I checked on masslandrecords.com and the sale includes two other houses (10 Bates and 9 Forester). Is there a way to fix this? I saw the house myself -- it's not a $1.5M house, believe me!
