This gentleman from the UK acted like he was very interested in my home. He asked specific questions and wanted quite a bit of information on my property. My property is listed at $795,000.00. His last email said that he wanted to send a cashiers' check for $50,0000.00 to have 1st right of refusal and he would send a woman who was an employee to inspect the home and handle all money transactions. When we emailed him back explaining that we have been victims of internet fraud in the recent past and we would like to get more information from him, like his address, employer and the name of his bank.

We haven't heard from him since. SO, BE ALERT!!!!! HE COULD POSSIBLY BE FRAUDALENT!!! AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. The key was the cashier's check. We would have deposited it and he would have our bank info.

Suggestion: If anyone sends you money, go to your bank and open an account specifically for that transaction. The bank will understand and treat it as a trust account.

my home asking price is wrong in zillow. It has been updated on the linked site in the real estate

the price was updated in the linked real estate book site, but is not showing up in zillow. How do I get it changed in zillow to the correct price?

There are actually two listings in zillow, one at the old price and one at the new correct price.

Zillow has no clue...zestimate of my house at 158,000 when no house
on my street would sell for that. Similar house sold for 204,500...
If I could find a number they would be talking to my lawyer.

The taxable values in your database for Cedar Rapids, IA are not current. They are the 06 values instead of the 07. When will these be updated?
