The home was listed for sale until last Friday, and prior to our showing the listing agent said that it had been taken of the market due to the owners needing to rent due to no sale of the home. We were very interested in purchasing the home and not sure what to do now. I know the owners were in control of the info on zillow, and I was hoping there was a way we could contact them, to show them we were and are still interested.

we had sh=cheduled a showing and the agent an hour before the showing said the house was taken off the market to rent. We were VERY interested in purchasing!! But no what do we do??

I was recently asked what the best selling feature of Centennial is. The first thing I thought of was the school systems and that it is not Aurora, but what are some other big selling points and resources?

I have lots of new listings at GrantsHouses.com and there seems to be lots of visiting traffic, however, there are few offers. Is this because of buyers waiting for more stimulous money? In Colorado, I have heard that the legislators are planning a Federal Funds matching program. It seems the planning is causing buyers to not submit offers.
