Why has this house dropped $20k since July 31st and my house across the street,has a garage drops 40

In July this house had a Zestimate of $304k, now it is $284k. Across the street, my house was $330k now it is $290k. Our house has more square Footage, attached garage, new door and opener, new Air/Heating unit NOT under High Voltage lines. Can you explain that?

The price listed as "sold" on my home is lower than what I actually paid for the home.

Had two emails conversations with this guy didn't feel right but he works for the Unite Nations Development Program and he has a wife no kids his age 39 hers 35, she is a teacher. I googled his name and scam came up check it out. Thanks for the help Zillow

what are options..I closed on a home..Well I signed all the papers to close, I was given the key, then I was told that someone else may have filed a notice to purchase and I had to give the key back and was told my closing is not final. Again what is my option?

My brother and I inherited a property that my mother took out a reverse mortgage on before she passed away. My brother still lives in the home, but due to both of our poor credit and a couple of small judgements, we have been unable to secure the financing to refinance the the reverse mortgage. the house is appraised at $239,000 with a $82,000 reverse mortgage now due. The home is currently in pre-forclosure. Is ther anything that we can do to save our family (and my brother's current) home? Both of our credit scores are in the 580's, and we earn about $60,000 a year between us.

Can I get money out of a property for repairs and to pay off debt with low credit score?

I recently inherieted a property in Elizabeth City, NC that my mother owned free and clear. The tax assessment on the property is $68,000, but it needs about $5,000 worth of work (roofing). Is ther any way that I can get $20,000 out of the property to get work done and pay down some debt? My credit is poor (credit score is 589), but the extra funds would help me to get on track.

i have a mortgage with metlife for around 199000 and my house is worth around 190000 i am trying to refi under obamas new plan and the guy at met life told me i cant because i pay PMI now my wife and i both have good credit and never been late on mortgage and every website i go to says that we qualify. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
