The zillow site doesn't show any true comps. How do I submit homes in my neighborhood?

Several homes have sold in my neighborhood and comparable neighborhoods, but none show in Zillow. Only homes from the much lower cost surrounding neighborhoods. Also, nearby lots in neighborhoods with similarly upscale homes have sold in the $189,000+ range for the lot only, but Zillow shows it as a home price.

we just had an appraisal done and it came out to 171,000. On your website it posted it a 134000,

The listing on Zillow was outdated and incorrect, so we did the update to make the listing current. The price has not changed, is there a certain period of time it takes for the web-site to update its facts? Also, we are currently selling our house and would like to do everything possible to make the listed price closer to the professional appraisal we paid to have done to come up with our listing price.
