I'm interested in a comparison of how many homes were sold in one zipcode by square footage.

Additionally, you need to base your information on square footage by level. Such as a home with 3,000 sq ft all on one level will be worth more since building costs are much higher than a home with 2 levels each of which might be 1500 sq ft. Many people look for at least one bedroom down and the value is even higher if you have more than one down. Your zestimates do not take this into consideration and they do not offer an accurate evaluation. I am also seeing valuations going way beyond the area that wouldn't even be used for an accurate appraisal. Also, brick homes are typically more expensive than vinyl or siding.

YOu have the school system wrong for Temple Hills, Franklin, TN. 37069. It is Williamson County.

You have the school system wrong for Temple, Hills, Franklin TN 37069. It is Williamson County not Davidson County Schools. This significantly lowers the value of Temple Hills Homes. Williamson County has the best schools in the area.
