Why has my Texas home been removed from automatic Zestimates?

As I said once before, for a long time I was linked to Zestimates via Bank of America online banking. For a few weeks now, that service is not there, and I don't know why.
By the way, what are those 11 boxes for at the top of this question area?

It was automatically on My Portfolio with Bank of America for quite a long time, then suddenly the automatic option disappeared and I have to enter the price manually.

Can you negotiate points on FHA loan? Less points - higher rate - therefore less closing costs?

We want to pay less closing costs on FHA - have been quoted $2600 (FHA Fee) for 5.25% so about 5k closing costs - want less closing cost - higher rate - can we do this on FHA?

The street by my house is called "Audra Lane" Zillow.com has it as "Aurora Lane" Zip 78633.

I have had an appraisal done on our home and your price is showing over $100,000 too low. Homes next door to us are listed on this site and are listed too low as well and we know both home owners had appraisals done in the last 30 days.

Would you let me know which is the correct house for the 522 Deer Meadow (Sun City, Texas)?

A rear photo for the home would help me out in seeing which "birds-eye view" is the correct house.
