On my listing page one is missing so I tried to enter it again and it says it's already assigned to another agent. So then I did an address search and it says it doesn't exist. Confused.

Where in Golden zoning does it say that this R1 can rent basements?

This is R1 with one access. I was told Golden planning blocked several other sales that tried to do this in Golden Heights. Give me the specifics.

You can't say this can be set up as a rental as this neighborhood is zoned as residential 1.

Even with the market we should have a decent chunk equity on our CO home purchased 12 yrs ago. Should we wait until we sell here to shop for a new lender/mortgage? Or can we shop around for a mortgage now and make conditional offers on prospective new homes in Florida? Any advice?

Are there any earth-sheltered (underground) homes about 5-10 minutes west of Golden (in mountains)?

I visited a home in Northern Jefferson County about 10 years ago. It was at the peak of a hilltop, and was built into the earth. Some call these earth-sheltered homes, or underground homes. There was a driveway that wrapped around the house and was large enough for a half basketball court. The garage was also sheltered and connected to the house.

I am wanting to see if the house still exists, if it is available, and wanting to show my wife.
