I live in Greenwich; comps for my home are mixed in w/Stamford Sales; different town WRONG COMPS !

Is there a way to correct the COMPS listed on my property??? It is rendering an inaccurate COMP price of recent sales; Stamford is a different town with different R.E. Values for properties which of course, does not apply to Greenwich home values; I've contacted the zillow site C.S and have not been contacted.

Many people are taking advantage of the great deals out there on home purchases. In some cases, buyers are able to purchase homes for less then it would cost to rebuild them. This has become a problem in the insurance world because people don't understand why they have to insure a home for more than the purchase. Please let me know if you would like to understand home owners insurance and how the values are calculated.
