Zillow estimate for 10 Rosewood

The house value estimate for 10 Rosewood cannot be accurate. The zillow estimate for an exact replica of this house which is just around the corner (see 3 Juniperwood) is $418K, that is $50K higher than 10 Rosewood. You should determine house value with the comparable sales, not by applying a certain reduction to what the house was bought for last year.

I live in Northfields where 19 Juniperwood Drive which is 2443 sq ft and has contractor grade appliances, countertops, etc sold for $380K on Mar 13 compared to mine which is ~2800 sq ft and upgraded to include granite, new appliances, etc. So how could my house estimate be $359K. Something is wrong with this estimate

Infos all wrong on whole street! How to fix it?

The info for my whole street is incorrect. The pictures are right, but nothing else - numbers, info on houses, etc. How can I get that fixed? Zillow doesnt seem to have a "click here to report inaccurt info". Any idea??

I'm having an issue adding photos to my 26 rainbow drive haverhill ma listing. There are photos that remain from a previous realtor that i can not acess or remove. I have my own photos that I prefer to have on the site.Thank you for any help.
