I need to refinance to lower the payment, but the value is no longer high. Any programs out there?

Are there any programs/options out there for me? I am not behind in my mortagage payment, but I need to try and lower it. Would the government's HARP program be an option? My first is $265,000 and I have a second that is $33,000. Zillow says my property value is $190,000. I am a single mom with two children, one income. I truly need help in lowering my interest rate and payment. Thanks so much.

When I try to correct facts about my home, the corrections never hold. What am I doing wrong?

Several times over the past several months I've tried to correct the listed facts about my home, such as it only has 3 bedrooms, not 6, and the lot size is incorrect. I go through the edit process, and I get the response that my changes have been saved. But the facts still remain incorrrect on ths listing of my home.
