If a comparable property is listed on Zillow with incorrect square footage How can you contest it?

A smaller comparable property to my home is shown to be twice as large as it actually is according to county assessment records and it is throwing off the Zestimate of my home. How can you contest this?

Why is another agent's name shown as Listing Source on the email that I receive with the listing rep

My copy of the listing report dated 10-28-2009 for property listed at 4795 S Ireland Ct, Aurora, Colorado 80015 shows The Homesmiths Team as the Listing Source. That is wrong. It is my listing. How do I get this corrected?

The homeowners are refusing to reimburse us for all the work we did on their house unless the 2 comments are removed. I have reported these isssues with pictures to the City of Englewood. I do not know how to remove the comments and we need our money. Thank you.
