Hi - how to correct the figure on the recently sold info on our house? Date right, figure wrong!

The date is right - but the figure for what it sold for is the figure our seller bought at and not what we bought for in Aug 09... is there a way to correct that info somehow? thanks!

Do buyers see a solar panel system as a positive or negative aspect of a home? I have had interest in installing one due to all of the government incentives, but am unsure whether or not future buyers would think it's a plus or not. Any thoughts?

There is laminate in 85% of the home ( 2 bdrms with carpet), newly painted inside, new light fixtures and updated bath and kitchen. Water heater is 3 yrs old and toilet has new guts and wax ring. Closets in two bedrooms have built-ins to optimize storage.

Good Credit, Terrible Loan...what are our options?

Three years ago my husband & I bought a house. Because of false information on our credit report, we had terrible credit & got a terrible loan (2 mortgages, 8% on first mortgage, 11% on second mortgage, & the first loan is a ARM). Since then, the value of our home has dropped & we have 0 equity built up.

On the flip side, we both have great credit now (in mid to high 700s), and we've built up a nest egg of about $18,000. But, every month we're hemorrhaging money on this loan. What options do we have? Our mortgage company denied a loan modification, we've been denied refinancing with two different companies. We don't want to stay in this home forever, & would love to sell it and find a house where we can start a family & feel secure again, but we can't both sell the home at a loss & afford a down payment on our next home. Any ideas? Do you know any organization that's set up to help a family like ours? We're in this no-man's land where we can afford our payment, but we're also stuck with an awful situation.

Would love to hear your advice!

why are their fewer photos on zillow now?

It seems like even a week ago there were far more listing with pictures than there are now. Was there a change in policy? I hope that they come back.
