First time home buyer here. Could someone explain SF to me. Why are these homes so much cheaper?

SF = seller finance, right? I don't really understand that either. These are 3br, 2 bath homes in San Diego listed for under $50k. Really nice homes. I feel like i'm missing something or lacking information because the majority of houses in this area with similar rooms & sq footage are atleast $250k.

Why has my homes Zestimate jumped $160K in the last month and my neighbors prices are the same?

Have been negotiating Loan Mod for the the last 9 months. The Zestimate has been right on the County's Appraised value up until this month, when it suddenly jumped $160K, while my neighbors Zestimates have stayed the same? Is Zillow inflating the value to appease the mortgage holder/serviser?

How does one correct inaccuracies in Zillow maps?

My home is located at 8607 Echo Drive, La Mesa, CA., 91941. The Echo Drive private road is noted as Damrock Circle (no longer in use). The Damrock Circle road, a private road is a cul-de-sac. and not a through-street, The aerial map however shows it being a through street to a nearby street beyond the cul-de-sac.

Prospective buyers prefer the privacy of a cul-de-sac, as opposed to a through street. How can this error be corrected?

Zillow had the value of my house at $310,000 just a few weeks ago. It is now listed at $372,000. All my nieghbors houses the value have remain unchanged

You can look at bigger lots/houses built at the same time and they don't go above $1000. Does it have something to do with the house somehow being sold for under $300k at the end of 2008?

home remodel/ increase in value

I accidentaly made my home changes on the neighbor's home. I have made the corrections but now their home shows a value increase and mine remains at the low 2 bedroom value. When can I expect my homes value to be adjusted to the new 3bed/ 2 bath fully remodeled home/ yard. Thank you
