district. All the house are in Kansas and you have a Missouri schools listed.
This makes a big difference in home prices because the Kansas schools are much better. Please fix Thanks

All my neighbors' house are in 500s-- 800s, and keeping up the value, why my Zestimate is 370,000? It is way below county appraidsal, and will affect my sale. how can you help me? Thank you.

Seems like a nice home. Photos&drive by seem desirable. Leawood is usually a desirable location and your price doesn't seem out of this world. Are you just continually testing the market? Thanks!
