I almost bought this condo, and wished they would have dropped the price
when i made an offer last summer
already bought another, but will suggest other to view this once it has pics

bought a condo that closed on Sept. 18th.not listed here at all?? Does it take a while?

closed on September 18th, when I am looking at the last 30 days should it not be listed??

How do you come up with a Zestimate of $164,000?

Lately Zillow has been sending me Zestimate emails the say something like "Zestimate for 3358 E Washington Ave has increased by 5.1%"

When I look at my Zestimate I see it has actually gone down! For example:

Yesterday at 9:12PM I received an email titled "Zestimate for 3358 E Washington Ave has increased by 3.3%": I checked and my Zestimate was $186,000.

This morning I woke up to an email titled "Zestimate for 3358 E Washington Ave has increased by 5.1%": I checked and my Zestimate was $164,000. That's a decrease of 11.83%!!

What's up! (or down) I don't think you know the difference.

How do I delete multiple listings on a single address?

It seems my whole neighborhood (Spring Harbor - Madison, WI) is listed as multi-dwelling buildings. They are all single homes. Can someone help me figure out how to get rid of the duplicate on my house.

How can I tell if a house is VRP?

I recently made an offer on a house that was listed at 249k and I offered 240K - the counter offer was 254K. I did not see on Zillow or on the Listing Agent's website that this was a VRP listing. It seems misleading to me. On the MLS page it did have 249K+ but that was it. If the seller had listed the house at 259K which is what they want - I would have been more willing to negotiate - instead I feel like they were misleading in their tactics and I have refused their counter offer and will not continue my pursuit of this home - even though I would have been willing to negotiate higher if they had been up front in the beginning.

How can I afford this in the future?
