The neighborhood next to us comes up which was built in 2004 and ours is the next street over and was built in 2006. My address is 27461 238th Pl SE, Maple Valley Wa 98038. Is there a way to update the map so that my zestimate can reflect the correct picture? Thank you.

The listing for the home at 21919 se 255th place in Maple Valley, Wa with C 21 Alan Whitaker expired on July 31. I have requested twice that he remove his add, so I can place a FSBO add at a significantly lower price, but he has not done so. I am the owner of the home. What can I do??
