I was wondering...is this property (1560 Mary Ellen Ct Mc Lean VA 22101) also for rent? We are looking for a house for rent in this area. We need it for 3 years. My husband is an officer of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. The Netherlands Embassy is taking care of the rent (if the rent is in our budget). This zestimate is about $350,000 to $400,000 above market value. House sold for $1,050,000 in 2007.

Clarification on Super/High Cost Conforming

Hi,
We have a primary residence valued at $1.1M and carry a balance of $817K at 6.5% and are looking to refi. I'm confused about the pending change to bump conforming limits back to $729K as part of Stimulus Package. We are prepared to pay mortgage down to new conforming limit once in effect, although I'm uncertain as to what to expect with rates. Spoke with my credit union who stated that super conforming rates still exceed traditional conforming rates, although a broker told me to hang tight until early April when the change goes into effect and rates should not differ between 'traditional' conforming and super conforming. Both spouse and I have FICO in 790s. Should I expect to pay a premium for super conforming vs. 'traditional' conforming? The new limits seem to good too be true and wondering if I'm missing the obvious.
