My ex-boyfriend and I bought the house in 5/2005; he had the appraisal done in 5/2009; every time I try to get someone to appraise the house; they know my ex (he's born and raised in Reading, PA) if Zillow is accurate I should go with his appraisal... how do I know how much the house will really sell for? Is the market in Reading, PA improving?

Zillow Staffers--

Zillow has the Last Sale Price on my home (address: 663 Forest Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202) listed as $830,000, but it should be closer to $82,000 according to all of the county's websites (assessor, taxes, etc.) and my loan paperwork. My Zestimate is way out of whack because of this typo, and I plan to list my house for sale soon, so I would like to make sure it is corrected before anyone looks it up on your site. Can you please correct this information on your website??

Accurate location listing

My home is listed as being in Arlington Heights but that is nowhere near where it is located. I'm afraid that potential buyers will shy away from even looking. My home is located in "The Creek At Glenbrook" which is a well established area in Hamilton Township.

Wheneve I"ve tried to amend the location I get areas that are in different parts of the state.
