is listed as single family but it is condo.
The estimate is 443k
So is this estimate is correct?

I think if this is condo / town house then the estimate should decrease by 50k.

Getting a loan or a refinance is stressfull to say the least? Some brokers or loan officers charge lots of fees and points. You can be very straight forward and ask,1. how many points are you making on my loan. Honestly some people think they can get a loan for free. It really isnt going to happen. You will most likely pay up front, or you will pay over time. When you dont pay a point up front and all you pay is the appraisal fee. You are paying what is called back end fees. And this should keep loan officers honest. How it works, lets say if you have a decent credit score, you didnt pay up front, you could qualify for maybe 4.5% but the broker adds on .5% to your interest and the lender pays that the the broker. Now think about it. No one is going to work for free. The loan officer shouldnt gouge you, depending on the loan size anything from 3/4 of a point of the loan amount to 1.5 % of the loan amount. More than that and you need to look else where. Also, Junk fees. Take a very good look at how many processing fees, this fees that fees. They are not completely necessary. Knowledge is power. Commission is fair and believe me it is hard work. Loan officers have to jump thru hoops. Especially of they are good and know when to lock your loan and what product to put you in. Its worth it to pay that point. Whats not worth it is to be lied to, put into a bad loan, one you cant qualify for. Etc.

I flagged my house as SOLD. Zillow auto-relisted it for sale. How to change for good?

My house was for sale around this time last year. I updated it in Zillow as sold and relinquished my ownership. I saw that recently it was relisted as for sale in Zillow and contacted the real estate agent. She said she did not re-list it and that there is some automatic update that Zillow picked up and flagged it for sale. How can I turn off the "for sale" flag for good? Thanks...

Rick Geha, the agent from Keller Williams, was very rude. He rather asked too many questions than answered a few questions of ours. A very angry old man. Avoid this agent, you won't have a pleasant transaction with them.

Are you one of the unfortunate homeowners who bought at the top of the market and now cant afford your mortgage?

There is a lot of bad press about Loan Modifications but they do work. If you are facing a financial hardship, lost your job, or making less money than when you purchased you may qualify for a loan modification.

Before you short sale ask your self a few questions:
Are you paying more than 31% of your income to your mortgage?
Have you had a change in circumstance?
Some lenders are required to modify and are much easier to work with than others. If you live in your home is is easier to modify than a rental.
You dont have to be late to get modified so please dont stop making your mortgage payments without a consultation.
I have had appointments where the client is also interviewing a realtor to try to cover all of their bases. The Realtors in my situation gave info that was not true so make sure you understand if your in this situation that some people talking to you are trying to sell a product. At this point when homeowners are in financial trouble they are looking for help, not to be sold. Not alll modifications are the same, some times there is no rhyme or reason to what the banks offer.
So the bottom line is if your facing a financial hardship, think about what is important. Lenders are modifying it does take time and work. Make a short sale your last resort.
