If you could write a stimulus package for Real Estate, What would it include?

As agents we are the closest to the interface between a buyer and seller and a buyer and lender. There are so many other economic sectors that rely on the abilty of a home buyer and seller to close on a home or property. From home inspection, painters, landscapers, contractors, home improvement retail, movers, appliance manufacturers...etc. The list goes on and on. What would you include an WHY? Answering the "why" may provide us with some "out-of-the box" ideas that may help us out even if none of our thoughts are part of a package.

Difference in estimated value

My home and my neighbor's home are the same model and built at the same time. The lot sizes and the upgrades in both homes are very comparable. However, my home value is around $50,000 less than my neighbor's. What is the reason for this difference?

my home is zestimated a lot less than same home across the street

Our end unit is zestimated 379.000 $
we renovated it entirely (new windows, 2.5 new bathrooms, new flooring -laminate, new appliances st steel, new washer-dryer (front load) ... we have 50.000 $ kit renovation. Our home has been titled "looks like a model home" by agents.
The same exact unit is zestimated 419.000 right across the street, same condo association she has a 30.000 $ kit renovation this house looks great inside.
Why this big differences for no reason...

I'm a real estate agent. If the house that I had posted on Zillow has already sold or if it had been re-listed by another agent, how do I remove the information that I had put regarding the listing.
