If I were to refinance my existing FHA loan would I be able to get another FHA loan? The goal is rent out the property to be refinanced and buy another property that we would occupy.

My husband and I would like to buy a bigger home...currently we live in a condo. We have an FHA loan that says that we cannot rent out our property which is what we would like to do. Since we are upside down in the mortgage, we can't refinance the loan. I don't believe we can get a loan modification because we are not experience financial hardship. Is there any help for us as far as getting out of the terms of the FHA loan?

When I submit my address and click on the bird's eye view of my home, it shows the wrong street name

The bird's eye view of my home shows the correct street number but the street name is incorrect. Some of my neighbor's homes on the same street are correct and some are not. It says the street is Swallow Ct. but it is not. How can I fix this problem?

We still owe $280,000 on a house that is worth only $260,000. We want to buy a bigger house and have our current house rented out. Our net income is $6500/month (after taxes and health insurance payment) and our current monthly mortgage is $2100 and we are planning to have our house rented out for $1500/mo.
