Zillow's sale price for my home is off by 200k...how can I get it corrected?

My home's most recent sale price is listed as $330K when it was in fact $530K. How can I get them to correct it?

what is the history of this home and I would like all of it. how do I do that for free?

We will be closing on this home next week and I just found out that there was a nursing home before they re-did the place. I would like to know any deaths or births in that house. Past owners? ect..... I would like the whole history. Is there a way to do it for free?or on line for free?

2109 West Fremont Drive, Tempe AZ 85282. 3br 2ba, built 1974, condo and the property is paid for. Any way I could avoid capital gain tax if I sold it? I'd appreciate any suggestions... I've hung on this long and I'll probably continue to hang on unless there is compelling evidence otherwise.

Photo fails to upload.

My 500x375 100k JPG photo won't upload. The error message says, "Image upload failed. Please try again." There are no clues given as to why, and I can't guess what's wrong. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. Dee

Incorrect Sales Price

Hello, I bought my home for $530k, but the Zillow listing states that I paid $330k, and it has me pretty embarrassed. My stepmom actually emailed me to tell me how shocked they were when they read on Zillow that I was able to buy "a mansion on a half acre" for $330k. *sigh*

Does anyone know how I can contact them to get them to correct their error? Someone must have typed a "3" instead of a "5".

My house was originally listed at 102,900, then reduced and a 2nd reduction has been made. It is currently listed at 96,900 and was never listed at 95,500 the page shows an increase in price-How can this be corrected?
