Anyone had any thoughts on LinkedIn and any success using to connect resulting in business?

I've used the other sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Activerain, Localism, etc) and received success in getting leads.

Just curious as to whether anyone finds value in LinkedIn and how they've used it to market and find business.

I know I use the Answers and Group aspect, but mainly as a way to connect with other real estate and mortgage professionals or to connect with my current sphere.

Zillow's estimate for a typical McMansion is $7.3 MILLION.

Zestimate: $7,330,500

Amazingly, the home details appear correct. Is someone smoking Maui wowie, or is Zillow now valuating in Ameros?

Sold House Need Help Removing Information

I sold a house I owned last year and I need to remove the "for sale" description information on Zillow. I was able to remove the photos I posted, but the description still describes the house as being for sale. I am no longer the legal owner of the property, so I can not edit this information. Can you help me please? Thanks.

Do you like the idea? Is it too much of a hassle? Does the city really need to separate itself from Vancouver BC?

I personally like the sound of Ft Vancouver, but it seems silly to change it now. How does the city council come up with an idea like that?

Chances of a loan modification?

I owe $180k on the home between 2 mortgages, and the current market value of the home is somewhere around $150k. I've never had a late payment, and am not in a situation of financial hardship. But I am about 20% underwater right now and have seen ads stating that modifications are available to homeowners in my situation. Sounds too good to be true, so I don't wanna give anyone my info until I know for certain.

Hello,
Are there any refi's available in WA state (or the Portland, OR area) that allow for over 100% LTV? I have a first and second mortgage. First mortgage balance is approximately 88% of the homes value, and combined LTV for the two mortgages is around 112%. First mortgage is not backed by Fannie or Freddie. My FICO score is at approximately 800. My total debt to income ratio is currently about 36%.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
