The sale in December 1993 was twice the figure your site states. The Zillow value is far lower than the rest of the area homes and we can't help but wonder if appreciation based on the lower sale price has something to do with it. It isn't nearly as large or new as the others, but it's still a considerable difference. Two potential buyers used Zillow as a reference, and the inaccurate info could be hurting us. Recommendations at this point?

I am so sorry I haven't been able to get the house, but I pray that some day I will be able to buy it. I just found out I might be having another baby, so I may not be able to afford the house, even though I need it even more. That's life though, just seems harder and harder everyday for me. Hopefully I'll find a way. And if not good luck to you two, best wish's to you both! Let me know if you want to try a rent to own or lease with option, or something like that!
