How do I correct my listing on Zillow

Hello,
I was looking on Zillow and my home at 1328 E. Kingbird Drive is located at the neighboring address. I viewed it from above, street, etc and each view shows it as the residence across the street (Quartz). This is a concern to me because we paid a $50,000 lot premium and this is not represented in the value determined by zillow. If you look on your map. the home across the street has 3/4+ of an acre and this is my home at 1328 E. Kingbird Drive Gilbert 85297.

Please advise how to have this corrected.

how do I make our home for sale by owner rather than "make me an offer"? !!
