Incorrect data at zillow.

Several years ago, our county tax data was incorrect. It is now correct, but zillow continues to reflect the data of a different house on the street. How do I request that zillow delete and re-pull county tax data? Even the house numbers are switched at zillow in location to where the houses are. A "re-pull" of data would resolve this.
How does one request zillow do this?

Are there any real estate agents in the Cary, NC area willing to work with a potential home buyer who happens to have a low credit score? My wife and I have been renting "forever", and have an excellent rental history. We would like to purchase a home, but I'm afraid that my poor credit rating will prevent that from happening. Any advice would be appreciated -thank you.

New Mortgage After Short Sale

I understand the guidelines for Fannie Mae allow individuals to obtain new mortgages 24 months after they short sell a property, but how feasible is that? Are there really people who are able to obtain those mortgages?

How often does Zillow update the public facts of a home?

Our County tax records had clerical errors regarding our home with both square footage and number of baths. It has been corrected by the county accessor on their public website but Zillow has the old, wrong information which is to our disadvantage while selling. Is there any way to get this corrected in the public facts column?

self employed and can not document true income. Bring in about 180K, taxes only show 120K, due to my writeoffs. what are my options now for a new mortgage.Credit=780+, three perfect mortgages with countrywide before the great downturn. Have 20%, and need a bit above 417K. NO other debt at all.

Such errors should be blocked and confirmed with registered owner before publishing. The price listed 5 years back by my earlier owners is showing up now. Please take remedy actions.

For past several months the Street Map of my address shows streets far far from my location. I live very close to intersection of McCrimmon Parkway and Davis Drive. Yet your maps place my home miles from there.

How can I get Zillow to change my Zestimate to be on par with my neighborhood?

Just over 2 years ago we saw a home we liked a lot; however, we needed larger rooms. So we built new and added almost 200 sq ft, and paid $120k for a beautiful waterfront lot in the same community.
Yet, the original, smaller home that has a back yard that has neighbors behind it has a Zestimate of $567K and our newer, larger home that backs to nature and a pond has a Zestimate of $479K. In addition we have numerous upgrades that were not on the builders original house. Even smaller houses with tiny lots are assessed in the 500 to 600K range. Somehow there's a mistake in our listing. How do we get it fixed? Our house is on the market now, and we think it is priced appropriately; but looking at our Zestimate one might disagree.

Can i get a mortgage after a short sale?

We recently sold home in Las Vegas as a short sale, and wondering how this affects our ability to get a mortgage. We did not have to sign a promissory note as condition of the short sale. Reason for the short sale was relocation due to job transfer. Wecould not qualify for loan modification, since home in LV was not owner occupied so short sale was our only option. We are looking to buy a home in NC.

How do I Link Displayed Text to a URL without the URL displayed?

I'm probably using incorrect terminolgy. That said, here's an example of what I want to do. Say, I have a sentence that says "Go into outer space". I want to link the displayed words "outer space" to a URL where there is a picture of a gamma-ray burst. I want to be able to click on "outer space" and go to the URL of the photo without displaying the URL.

My thoughts are that it is always a great time to buy a house that is good. so that means it is always a great time to SELL a house that is good no matter what type of market we are in. Seller...Buyer...Transitional Market a good house will always sell.

It is important to understand part of the process...Pricing....Condition ...and Location

Pricing.. Make sure that your home is competitivly priced. A Buyer going out and looking at homew within a certain price range will look at your home then all the others on the list of homes...so that buyer is already doing a comparitive market analysis of homes in a certain price point. This one has granite the other did not ... the buyer is the one that will ultimatly determine the price of the home by comperable homes.
Take a peak at your competition . Know what you are up agains and make yours better.

CONDITION:
Nobody wants to buy a messy home it makes them think that there is more work to be done. Take the time to get you home in "Show" condition, it may be the easiest way to beat your competition.

LOCATION:
if you house has some quirky location backs to a busy road, or to the rail road tracks...price it accordingly . Think back to when you bought your home... there will be another buyer just like you that does not mind being in a "quirky" location just be patient and most of all PRICE IT RIGHT!
