Why dont you have the last sale price for my home, but you do for my neighbors.

My neighbors house is ok, but the house I live in is much more updated, bigger, and definitely has better curb appeal. You have their last sale price but not mine. you are valuing their home much more than mine, but it truly does not seem possible and is very misleading. I hope this can be resolved.

I am the owner but I can't seem to effect my deletion of "Owner Facts and Home description".

zillow has two listings

Someone (not me) apparently put two copies of a for sale listing into Zillow, because Zillow shows two listings at the same address. It therefore shows my single-family home as a "building" with multiple units for sale. How do I correct that?

Why was the Zillow estimate and prior sale data removed from Zillow for this house? I though Zillow was an impartial information provider. I know for a fact that a zillow estimate and prior sale data are available
