This zestimate is off....they had our house originally listed with a lot less sq footage than it is when they estimated it! We corrected the sq footage, but they never corrected their estimate.

Zillow has the square footage switched around on 2 properties, therefore increasing the value of one and decreasing the value of the other. How can this be corrected?

My wife and I have a mortgage and 2nd with Beneficial. Â The rates are off the charts! My house has decreased in value and I have asked several lenders and brokers about a refi. Â Because of the decrease, no one wants to do a refi because I owe more than 90% of the value. Â I went to Beneficial and tried to talk to them about our rates and payment. Â They said I needed to be late on my payments for them to do anything! Â That is also the response from a few loan modifiers. Â Has anyone used a loan modifier that has a good reputation? Â The ones I have talked to wants several thousand dollars up front. Â If I had that money, I would not need a loanÂ modifier! Â If you areÂ strugglingÂ with your payments and have no extra money, What do you do?
