There has never been a home in this particular complex that has sold for such. I highly suggest that if the owner wants to sell it, he/she would have the grass cut for starters and correct the asking price.

A property on my street is being sold as a distress sale for thousands less than the assessed value. How can I get this removed from my home's Zillow page and stop this from impacting my home's value. The property has not sold and does not have an official real estate listing or yard sign. The MLS# is apparantly invalid. A real estate agent is assigned but the home does not appear on her web page or anywhere else as being for sale.

December of 2005 appraisal was $173,000. Not have no idea.....Let me know what is best to do. On SS fixed income&is "tight". Credit shud be ok.

This listing was showing on the zillow site but now it is gone. This listing is still active in GAMLS, FMLS and other web sites.

How's The Neighborhood?

The neighborhood is great. We have lived here for 12 years and are very attached to it in some ways. Both next door neighbors I call friends and I also have friends in the subdivision. They are caring and responsible and take good care of their property. We kind of watch out for each other and if we need help they are there. I am definitely NOT moving because of the neighborhood but in order to fulfill our dreams and ambitions towards retirement this move is the right move as we feel it in our hearts.
