Duplicate Home..... Need to delete one. How do I do that?

Hello, My home at 1414 Mpls Av in Duluth, MN is listed twice. We listed it with a realtor and my listing no longer shows the address and now the realtors listing has all the data. Can you please either delete the old listing which now just shows MN 55803 as the address, or show me how to do that. Thank you. Frank Befera

Just a comment - no house in Duluth is worth 42,490,000. Sellers must not want to sell.

Hello, I am looking at buying a home that will be my primary residence. It is a duplex in which I will owner occupy and the other unit will be rented to family. Since this is my primary residence and will not be used as income property will I still qualify for the tax credit? I have been told both yes and no; and I cannot find anything on the IRS website that is specific to this scenario. Any helpo would be greatly appreciated!

I need to change where the indicator says my house is on the maps. I thought it was correct when it initially asked me and now that I look again, it's a half a block off from being correct.

The house at 5921 Onley st, Duluth,mn , has never sold for $500. You need to take this info off right away. It is not right. The House has not been sold for $500. Please let me know when this misinformation has been deleted. Thank you. Dianne
