Our master bath has a large jaccuzzi tub and a shower stall I want to tile the floor which currently has carpet and would like to update the shower and bath backsplash as well. Approx. floor space is 65sq. ft. plus the shower stall and bath, what can I expect to spend on tile plus labor?

I was just updating two homes I had listed on Zillow that sold last week. One sold for $580,000 the other for $525,000. I inadvertantly posted the $525,000 house as having sold for $580,000. How can I correct the error?

What makes seller think they can buy at height of market in 2007 for 815k, and sell after historical drop in property values, and get a much higher price for it. Wow, most people are lucky if they could get what they paid for house in 2007. You know IH, probably should list around low to mid 800k.

Is it bad taste to have new dark floor in bath but the old white 4X4 tile in the shower and vanity?e

I currently have old almost white vinyl flooring in my baths. I need to replace them and I am drawn to the dark tiles with my light washedÂ cabinets. Â My question, would it look bad to replace the floor with dark tile and not do the counter or bath surround? Second if I did replace the counter with a dark solid surface... would I then also need to redo the shower surround? (I don't want to do that!!!) Â If this would look horrid...Or not be good for resale... I will do the floor in a light color even though I am drawn to the darks.

Wondering how your are getting an extra 1090sf of finished spaced compared to the county records? Ive seen county and appraised off a few hundred, but never 1000+ sf, was there an addition to the house, or are you including unfinished sf like the garage?
