Buyer beware: This house has serious drainage issues with water pooling under the crawlspace. Significant work must be done to correct this issue including French Drains AND outside waterproofing of the concrete.

The Seller and Agent did not appear to negotiate in Earnest regarding this issue.

I was curious if anyone in the Central Arkansas area can give any recommendations for companies who install vinyl siding/replacement windows. I have gotten 2 estimates so far and they vary by as much as 5000 dollars. I want to make sure I am going through a trustworthy company in an unregulated industry.
