Me and my fiance are going to start looking at homes to buy, but we want some opinions on how much we will be approved for with an FHA loan.

We have a combined gross income of 92,000.
Both credit scores are 750+
We have 2 car payments that total 695.
We have one student loan with a monthly payment of 89.
We have 10,000 in cash, plus 15,000 available for a down payment.
We have both been employed at our current jobs for about 2 years.

Do we seem in OK shape to buy a home?

What ate the Debt to income ratios that FHA lenders use?

Any feedback is appreciated.

How much structural damage is present due to termite infestation? Has a PE assessed this?

This question is with regard to the termite problem. Beyond a termite treatment, I would like to know what the seller has done, if anything, to determine and assess structural damage due to termites? Has a professional engineer assessed the extent and seriousness of termite damage? Is a report available?

I updated the facts changing the sq footage, number of baths among other things, and you still have not valued it accoringly. Are you telling me $150K in additions is worth nothing?

Can someone please tel me how I can edit my condo listing? The unit should be "29-31 Marshall Street Unit 1" or "31 Marshall Street." Instead only "29 Marshall Street Unit 2" is listed and you have to type "29 Marshall Street Unit 1" to list it and it is shown to be in the middle of the street 3 houses down. It is a townhouse converted to condos and I am getting the short end. Very annoying and useless for anyone looking at the condo. Any help is appreciated.
