How do I delete my profile from Zillow completely?

I need to delete old pictures and upload new ones. When I go to edit, it doesn't show the pictures, but they show up on the house listing.

Wells Fargo 3-step refinancing

Hi,

I tried to refinance my jumbo loan with Wells Fargo 3-step program.
I was planning to pay the diffference, so that the new loan is a confirming loan.

When I applied, they told me that I could pay the difference between jumbo and confirming loan at closing. I applied 1,5 month ago, everything was approved (appraisal was OK, credit score, etc), they said they will send me all the documents to sign and close this week.

But suddenly I find out that underwriters said that I am not eligible, since I have not yet paid the difference between jumbo and conforming loan, and now my applicaiton will be rejected and I have to wait 90 days to reapply again. Before this, all the time on the phone Wells Fargo would tell me that I will have to pay off the difference at closing!

Is there anything I could do now? It was 100% their mistake: they advised me to pay at closing, but now they are telling me that I should have paid first.

I am looking to refinance from 6.5% that I am paying now for 30 years fixed to something more reasonable without *any fees*. (I now have a jumbo, but I will pay the difference so that I am in conforming loan.)

Are there any other programs I could apply without waiting for 90 days?

Long story short mortgage broker gives me numbers at closing numbers are way off. AT THE CLOSING I realize numbers are off. Mortgage broker says oh I though I had emailed you about that..it's because of PMI. Ok I say no you didn't email he says sorry I thought I had, so I say no deal and walk out. He says well you have to pay the appraisal fee. Ok I will, no big deal. Mortgage broker sends me an email apologizing for the miscommunication and is willing to give me a $900 broker credit to secure the loan. I give him a second chance. Sends me new GFE. Go back again to close he's not in the office and won't be there all day. HUD shows loan amount $100 MORE than what we had discussed. I call him and question it he says its because since he's giving me $900 he has to make up for it somehow..ok I close, then decide I don't feel comfortable and send cancellation notice to mortgage company the same day. Next morning I get a $920 invoice for processing fees paid to him, an appraisal and title fee. Do I have to pay for this?

I currently have three houses. One principal residence, one 2nd home and one rental. I refinanced the 2nd home with cash out to down payment my principal residence last October. Since the rate has dropped, I would like to refinance my loans. I am trying to refinancing from the same bank to save some costs. My question is that if the bank deny the application, will it jeopardize my current mortgage with them?

Home value on Zillow

Zillow placed my house in an open field next to an industrial area on the other side of town. The valuation was obviously way off. I dragged my house to the correct subdivision about a month ago and was hoping that the valuation would be corrected. Wrong, the comparables being used are still those form the industrial area across tonw, and not from my subdivision. How to correct this?

Is having 2 mortgages safe?

Tried refinancing from a 6.5 rate to a 5.0 rate, but the appraisal came in lower than our original mortgage therefore adding PMI. I decided to NOT refinance with PMI. Loan officer came back saying he could do it by refinancing an amount and getting a 2nd mortgage for another. Is this standard practice? Is it safe or can it affect me in any way down the road?

I am the owner of this house and it is valued too high by zillow. The real estate value of the house would fall in the l40 to l50 Thousand price range. The house is locarted on .46 acres of property and not 46.00 acres.
