How could my 4 bdrm 3 ba, home be worth less than my neighbors 2 bdrm 1 bath 888 sq ft home???

My lot is more than twice the size and I have 2038 sq ft 4 bdrm 3 bath home, my neighbor has 888 sq ft home 2 bdrm 1 bath, and you say their property is worth more? You are way off.

I have been going crazy trying to put together the documents that I will turn in to Auror Loan Services which is due by June 15. Is there some one or a company that review loan modification package before I mail it to my Lender? I did the debt to ratio thing and I am coming up around 60%, but after all my liabilities and expenses I have $752 left over. Will I get approve for Loan Modification> Any answers will be greatly appreciated

property and supplemental taxes

how come the supplemental taxes are not shown. My taxes on this property were almost $6,000 in 2007.

I live in one of the units here and am wonder what a fair market value for the property is. There are actually 6 bedrooms in 3 separate units on the property, and I am wondering - can we get an updated appraisal from zillow as to the value of the property?
