According to the official notice. the value of my home has decreased 160 K . is that possible ?

The official notice received from King county department of assessments, the total value of the after exemption is 166,000 less than last year, while my neighbors' value is only 52,000 less than last year. both homes built in 2004. approximate same square footage, although my lot is larger than theirs. This doesn't make sense.
Can anyone explain ?

I noticed the Zestimate for this house is $777 and the asking price is $941, are there any significant upgrades to this house that might not be mentioned and the reason why the difference?
