I have a real estate agent that is listing my home for sale on zillow without my permission

My home is for sale by owner on craigslist and I realized a broker/agent is using my information about the property and is listing it on zillow as if he has the listing. When infact I have never spoke to him nor did I ever authorize him to act as my agent.

What can be done about this?

Foreclosed Upon

I believe this house has been foreclosed upon after the owner ripped the house apart on the inside. The house was red tagged by the City of Newport Beach - no permits or plans were submitted by the owner prior to them attempting to do a remodel. The yard is an eyesore.
