Don't you people at zillow thank that is is unfair to put these zestimates on houses that people are trying to get their true value out of it? Once people see these zestimates "well I guess that's what I will offer." Just my own belief. I know you have my house a lot lower than the appraised value.

If so how long before foreclosure? Is there anyway to post more pictures? I am very interested in this house but would like to see more pictures before I give my daughter the money to buy it.
