My son is in the process of closing on a house by the end of March; however, he was just informed he must close by March 6th due to his FICO score will be too low to close after that date? Is this true now.

I saw a FDIC foreclosure on their web site for $7,500 and could not believe it, when I came here the Zillow Estimate was $61,000, which is still low by any standard.

What is wrong with this location, crime, no jobs, toxic watse?
