Similar homes in the subdivision are valued lower than a particular one?

In the subdivision of Montclair (homeowners association), one home is valued higher than similar homes. The home at 209 Montclair Lane is valued higher than similar homes with the same 3 bedrooms and even higher than homes with 4 bedrooms. Why is that? (Zip 93906) There is nothing extraordinary about the 209 home that it should be valued higher.

my house is showing as being foreclosed but it's not. All payments are made and taxes are paid.

I periodically check zillow to see how the price of the houses are doing, and I recently checked and saw that you have my house as being foreclosed. This is not true. Why is this information on zillow?

I have no other way of contacting you, so I am using this forum to get my questions answered.

I would actually like to have Zillow.com not list our houses and their values. In this era of extreme declines in real estate values, for reasons beyond our control, it isn't fair to advertise our properties' values. It was somewhat amusing when values were grossly exaggerated, but it is now a moot point, since we won't be in a position to buy or sell for a few years.

Could you please delete our homes' Zillow.com value estimates? I see many homes with no data -- it's often homes we're interested in possibly buying. It appears you provide the option of deleting these homes' values on your website and I insist you delete our homes' values for the time being as well. When we are ready to sell we'll let you know.

The size of my lot on Zillow is 20% smaller than it is.

My lot size is 20% smaller than reality on Zillow's information. Other identical houses without the upgrades I have and obviously smaller lots than mine are listed as several thousand dollars more valuable. I don't seem able to correct it by supplying more details. This seems very unfair to me. Can't this be reviewed and be made right?

Why is Salinas California filled only with only old decrepited homes?

Salinas the prices appear to be high when considering the completly over-run section of the east part of town with crime. The old obsolete homes where the rest of the stae and country new homes remain vacent? Why is Salinas a beautiful climate but a dismal town? Should I buy here?
