single mother of two, bad like >300 credit rating, good references as far as paying rent though. own a small business with my sister. income around 24000 a year. no down. no cosign. would like to offer repairs for partial first year payment. Please do not feel obligated to respond to my offer with no more than a no way if it is not possible. I promise I will not qualify for any financing unless it is owner. the only lump sum I ever have is my income tax refund and next year it will be used to catch up on my student loan. Thank you

My house doesn't show up on your site. Also none of the other homes on the street show their recently sold prices, they still show their lot prices. How do I make my house show up?
