Where is the refund policy/product description ... etc.?

I am looking to fund my account before December 9, but don't see anything that describes what I am getting once I click "add money". Now, I know Zillow wants us to take a leap of faith on the pricing of the CIC program, but it's a whole other thing to ask us to enter our CC information into a web form that simply says "add money". It does not describe what I am getting once I add my money. It does not tell me how I get my money back should I change my mind or if I can even get it back. A leap of faith is one thing, a plunge into stupidity is another. Could you please give us some explanation of what we are paying for and what the terms are about how to get it back please?

La Jolla Country Club is home to some of the most desired real estate in La Jolla. Over the past year, 4 out of the 11 homes that sold were off the market in less than a week. The median sales price for homes in the La Jolla Country Club neighborhood is $2,150,000. The median days on market for sold listings near LJCC was 14, while the whole La Jolla zip code was 77.

Interpreting the data a different way...the 1-2 million price range is the only one that is actually selling. Below are the median prices of everything that hasn't sold near La Jolla CC.
   16 Active - $3,995,000
   17 Expired - $4,350,000
   9 Cancelled - $4,195,000

Since the majority of properties sold were cash deals, what effect do you think access to financing is having on the higher end market?

La Jolla Home Values - Sales Up, Prices Down

For the month of November, twenty detached homes sold in La Jolla with a median sale price of $1,487,500. In November 2008, the median sale price for the twelve sold homes in La Jolla was $2,175,000. Based on this data,home values in La Jolla have dropped significantly since last year. Sales have almost doubled and the median sale price is $688,000 less.

Comparing data year-to-date this year and year-to-date last year, the results aren't as drastic but still reflect more sales and a lower median price in theLa Jolla real estate market.

January 1 - November 30, 2009 - 213 sales - median sale price $1,495,000
January 1 - November 30, 2008 - 185 sales - median sale price $1,625,000

Any thoughts on why the median price is much lower this October compared to last, but the year-to-year isn't that much different? Fluke?

Remodification

My mortgage right now is with Wachovia and it is transferring to Wells Fargo.
I am under the "trial payment period" for my loan remodification until end of this year (4 months).

Will this affect my credit score?
Can I purchase another home? If so, how soon can I buy?
Can I refinance instead of remodify? Is it too late?

My home devalued too much for modification!

Help, I am struggling to make ends meet. I hear about Obama's plan and get excited. But then I'm told by my Bank of America agent that my home is devalued way too much. You see, the house had to have been devalued by no more than about 5%. Is there a plan for me? I bought the house at about 440.000, according to Zillow, it is worth about 298k. It's a 40 year loan at 5.37%. It is not a Freddie/Fannie loan, but BofA is still participating in the program. Do I have any options? I don't have cable TV anymore and I shop at the dollar store for food!

It has granite countertop.mable and granite and brazilian laminate wood floors.It also has expansive view of the ocean as well as city view.There are around 18 windows,located in a very quiet cul de sac..it's located in the 92105 area....Anyone has any idea how much my house is worth? Thanks
