I did a search for comps in San Rafael, CA for a home on Devon Drive. Almost all the comps were in a very similar price range, except two, each of which was about $1 million higher than the rest. I double checked them on the MLS and they were off by $960,000 and $1.1 million. My question is whether those two errors effected the Zestimate on other homes in the area?

How does one correct the map? Unit #'s are reversed which means the zestimates are reversed too.

my home is also listed as 7 bedrooms when it's only 3. Have my taxes been higher? How do I check?

If I sell my house without buying another one at the same time and rent in Orange Country and store my furniture, when I find a home to buy, I may not have a job. If I sold it contingent on buying a new home, I would still have my job here to qualify for a loan. How do I get around that. I was going to live on my IRA until I got a job in Orange County, but will they still give me a loan?
