Duplicate Listing Info - Unable to edit or remove

Help! Zillow is showing duplicate listings w/ incorrect information. System will not let me edit or remove the incorrect listing, or remove the duplicate. Please advise the steps for resolution, or escalation. Thanks!

I wanted to know why zillow's estimate value is much higher than the actual home value?

What I mean to ask is the home appraisal value. There's over $100,000.00 different. This is ridiculous.

Discount Points

Hi,
I need help in understanding the discount point. My bank (builder recommended bank) currently offering interest rate for FHA loan with more than $417k loan amount is 5.375 and if I buy 1.250 discount point then the bank is offering the new interest rate as 5.25 and I am not sure if this is what I get when buying discount point of 1.250. The agent says "The spread between each 1/8th in rate can vary from .25% to .875% in price. In this case the next 1/8th was only an extra .25% and would make sense to buy down to 5.25%." I did not clearly understand what this means. Can some one clarify this calculation? I really appreciate your help.
