why is the house still listed as for sale whenit was sold over a month ago?

They post erratic values of homes, that are just false. For instance, the address:
1025 NW 175th St Shoreline WA 98177. They list the value of over 1 million. The i yr chart shows an increase of value of 90,000. The value hasn't changed for over a year. And even funnier, it says is was remodeled in 2003. Ha! It says it is a 4 BR, 4 Bath, Ha! It is an old rambler, with a moss covered roof, and rented. Never remodeled since 1952. geez. I kept watching this thinking it was an error. But for over a year it has remained. Then I found other houses in my neighborhood with the same misinformation. If this is the kind of info Zillow provides, you know how little value it has, other than to create false representations for some.

How do we correct an incorrect purchase price on Zillow?

In 1998 we paid $1,750,000. for our home @ 159 NW Highland Drive, 98177. Zillow shows $750,00. We also added $550,000 in improvements with new garage, game room, landscaping and updated kitchen. Zillow shows no improvements. How do we get this corrected?

The dedication will be taking place Saturday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m., Shoreview Park!

Join the celebration Saturday, April 25, at 10:00 a.m. at Shoreview Park as the City of Shoreline dedicates and opens the Shoreview Off-leash Dog Area. The dog area located at 320 Innis Arden Way is to the east and up the hill from the Shoreview tennis courts, in the southeast corner of the park. It can be accessed from the Shoreview parking lot off Innis Arden Drive or from the Shoreline Community College parking lot by entering through the driveway that is furthest west. Then follow the signs. The Off-Leash Dog Area closes at dusk -- as do all Shoreline parks -- so be sure to leave before the posted time that the gate will be locked.

In additon, Shoreline will be opening a SECOND off-leash area later this year and will be developed at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park.

Has Echo Shores Condominium had an upgrade in Zillow appraisal since new pitched roof was installed the end of 2006? I noticed in the pitcher displayed that the blue tarp is on the roof while renovation was being done. Each owner paid 15,000 per unit for new roof making the value of property to increase. I believe to get a true value who ever checks on the property should take a picture of the changes from flat roof to pitched roof.

My busband and I have brought the Subjected property few monthes ago. In your website, there have few mistakes on our propery. The photos are totally wrong and the selling price is wrong too.
