Hello,

I'm the new owner of 1615 S MARY AVE, SUNNYVALE, CA 94087 house.
Would you remove the photos and seller agent information?

I contacted the seller agent. She told me she can not do anything.

And the fact wasn't changed.

Lot size is 8,550 SF. but previous 8,712 SF wasn't replaced.

Please update the fact and my request.

How can two homes in same neighbourhood (3 houses apart) with same sq ft, lot area, bedrooms, bathrooms and age have zestimate differ by almost 30%? The zillow ID I am referring to are 54770463 and 54770466 in sunnyvale, CA

Why is there a huge difference in Zest of identical homes (898 zinfandel, 94087 and 532 Hyannis Dr)

Both are identical home built by same builder. 898 Zinfandel was recently sold for 109000 but still its zestimate is more than 150K higher than 532 Hyannis drive.

I am looking for a home in San Ramon, windemere. The square footage price for each home is different. For Example, some home are listed at $234 per sq ft where are some at $324 per sq ft. Although the home at $234 is bigger and better. Since the price range does not fit in the budget for bigger homes I am not able to bid for it. What the rate we should use when we make an offer in such situations? Why these rates are not controlled by state or federal government?

Any information will be of great help!!

I am interested in knowing realtors' opinion about this community in terms of the location, pros/cons. We liked the model homes but have questions regarding the surrounding neighborhood and the fact that the construction is in phase one. Any problem when title transfer if the house has several improvement without permits?

We see a nice house with lots of improvements without permits and we don't know if those permits are required. Such as, the owner converts 2 rooms into one large one and makes a walk-in closet. He made one window wall to a door open to the yard. He also puts up a work station in the garage. We like those improvments but worry if there will be any trouble when county requires us to convert it back to its original condition. The agent said the construction is all done in compliance with building code so there are no problems. Still not feel comfortable and appreciate any advice in this matter.

My wife and I recently bought a house at 439 Ositos Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. I found the previous owner has uploaded many photos of this house into Zillow. Now, we are the owner of this house and we don't want our privacy to be public all the time. Could you please help us remove those phtotos from zillow?
