Buyers that sitting on the sidelines will see the real estate market as still has more of price decline, but as a real esate agent we see prospective buyers FHA buyers that are serious about purchasing their first home really in a challenge market , they find themselves competing with investors and cash buyers.what do you think?????

Removing photos

I got an email through Zillow asking me to remove photos of a property that I sold a while back at 22508 Leyte Dr, Torrance 90505. Can I do that or do you have to do that. I felt I owed the guy the courtesy of trying to get an answer even though I didn't put the photos in.

The main reason is when the agent puts it under the value of the homes in the area. One recent listing at 599K got 9 offers and went into escrow right after the weekend.The next home for sale was close to 618K. This one also went into escrow for over asking with multiple offers. The pricier homes are taking longer to sell. With low inventory it actually puts it into a sellers market in these more affordable homes. Main idea- this area is hot and if the price is low, lower than asking it will be bid up to the price the buyer sets. Buyers have always set the price in the final result.
